My story
Edmonton born, and still happiest above the river valley
I grew up on the south side, learned to skate on a community league rink and spent more summers than I can count at the Folk Fest and the Fringe. After a first career in construction project management, I got my real estate licence and found the work I was meant to do: helping people make one of the biggest decisions of their lives with clear information and calm advice.
In 2017 I opened Greg Walker Real Estate as a one-person brokerage. Working alone is a choice. It means I personally handle every showing, every negotiation and every phone call, and it means my clients never get passed down the line.
My construction background still comes in handy. I can usually tell you whether that crack is cosmetic, what a new roof will cost and which renovations pay for themselves when it's time to sell.
